01Mat Pilates
Core. Control. Strength.
Build strength from the inside out with a focused, full-body mat Pilates class.
Using controlled movement, intentional breath, and bodyweight exercises — with the occasional addition of weights, bands, or balls to increase the burn — you'll strengthen your core, improve posture, build mobility, and develop strong, lean muscular endurance.
Expect a mindful yet challenging workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more balanced, and connected to your body.
02Barre
Small movements. Big burn.
A dynamic, ballet-inspired workout that blends elements of barre, Pilates, strength training, and mobility.
Using controlled, repetitive movements and light resistance, you'll target the muscles that work hard but often get overlooked — building strength, stability, balance, and endurance. Expect plenty of pulses, holds, and that unmistakable barre burn.
No dance experience required. Come ready to move, sweat, and shake!
03Strength + HIIT
Lift. Sweat. Get stronger.
A high-energy, full-body workout combining functional strength training with bursts of heart-pumping HIIT.
You'll work through a mix of resistance exercises, bodyweight movements, and cardio intervals designed to build strength, improve endurance, and challenge your cardiovascular fitness.
Expect to sweat, work hard, and leave feeling accomplished. Modifications are always provided, making this class adaptable to different fitness levels.
04Slow Flow + Restorative Yoga
Slow down. Breathe deep. Let go.
A calming blend of gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and restorative yoga designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your body.
We'll move through a series of accessible, flowing postures before settling into longer-held restorative poses that encourage deep relaxation and release.
This is your invitation to step away from the pace of everyday life, soften the body, quiet the mind, and simply be.
05The Fusion
Dynamic. Fiery. Always different.
A dynamic and fiery fusion of yoga, Pilates, barre, and somatic movement.
Each week will flow a little differently, but you can always expect a strong practice driven by breath, mindful movement, the use of props and great music!
